Extinction refers to the end of an organism or of a group of organisms, normally a species.
Animals are being killed everyday for various purposes all over the world. Some are being killed for their fur, others being killed for food and others being killed for the activity of hunting. The following are a few of my favourite animals which are considered endangered species which means they're not much left in the world and something needs to be done in order for them to live and not be wiped off the planet.
Bengal Tiger

The Bengal Tiger is the largest from the cat family and is found in the Indian Subcontinent. There are not much of them left and according to the National Geographic Channel there is less than 2,500 of them left and this is due to hunted and forest destruction.
Killer Whale (Orcas)
The Killer Whale is known for being one of the most powerful apex predators and on average weigh up to 6-8 tons! They are beautiful animals and have a distinctive black and white color making them recognizable to most people. They had been put on the U.S Endangered Species list due to pollution, habitat loss and prey depletion.
Polar Bear
The Polar Bear is a large mammal from the Arctic and is considered the largest bear from the bear family. They weigh around 600kg and are an endangered species due to global warming and the ice melting in the arctic which means there is less ice for them to stand or live upon.
